Custom Orders
***Custom orders are all sales final and are non-refundable. However, custom orders will be apologetically and quickly replaced if your item arrives with an error on our part.***
Regular Orders
Unhappy with your purchase? You have 14 days from the shipment date to contact us with a kindly worded message to:

When you contact us, we will give you the proper mailing address for returns. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping/handling costs) or replacement, once your return arrives safely in our hands.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please be sure to:
• Contact us first!
• Make sure the the item is returned is unworn and in excellent condition (but, you already knew that now, didn't you?)
• Ship the return back to us in the same box it came in.
• Place the box in a bubble wrap mailer.
• Include the invoice or email related to this return.
about items damaged or lost during transit:
Please pay for postal insurance! We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
about our packaging:
Every Hazelnut Cottage order will include a customized insert, with the meaning about your particular piece of jewelry, a note from the artist and simple directions on caring for your jewelry.
The packaging is a pretty blue ribboned, cotton lined wheat colored box. Your order will arrive inside a bubble wrap mailer to ensure adequate protection while en route to you. Yum!
